ORDERING

I produce ten to twelve guitars per year, and delivery dates can only be quoted at the time an order is made. An order must be made in writing and a non-returnable deposit of £1000 is required. The final payment is due upon completion of the guitar.

Payments by overseas customers can be made by an international banker draft made out in pounds sterling or by direct bank transfer. Please contact me for further details.

Cases for the instruments are NOT included in the prices given, but various makes of top-quality cases can be supplied on request.

If you're interested in placing an order, please e-mail me or write to me at:

SHIPPING

I am experienced in sending instruments safely to many different countries. You are very welcome to visit the workshop to collect your guitar (or to see an instrument in progress), but visits are by arrangment only. If you are unable to collect your guitar in person, delivery can of course be arranged.

WARRANTY

My instruments are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for my life as an active guitar maker. This does not cover damage due to fair wear and tear, abuse, neglect, extremes of temperature or humidity, or natural disaster. Because Brazilian rosewood has a tendency to occasionally to develop hairline fractures despite decades of proper seasoning, such fractures are not covered by this warranty. Periodic maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and is a condition of warranty, and if repairs or alterations performed by someone other than myself, I reserve the right to cancel the warranty. Shipping expenses in warranty instances are the responsibility of the owner.
